Sous Vide Steak Sauce

Ingredients
- shallots, fine chop
- fennel seed, cracked
- white wine
- chicken broth
- Dijon mustard
- fresh tarragon, large chop
- butter
Instructions
- Saute the shallots and fennel seek in butter, then mix in the wine, broth and mustard and reduce.
- Mix in the tarragon, plate and serve.
